We have grown Amelanchier arborea Robin Hill as a standard tree for years but have just started to offer it as a multi stem.
Its stiffly erect branches differentials it form Amelanchier lamarckii multi stems but otherwise the glorious floral spring display and wonderful autumn colour is the same, if not a little bit more intense.
A versatile plant for a small garden, it is one of the showiest small trees of our range.
If you need to prune it do so straight after it flowers or else you will miss out on the display.
